Does the quote include spoil removal?
Yes. Spoil removal is one of the most common costs left out of rough estimates, which is why ours is included upfront, always.

Do I need council approval for excavation?
It depends on the depth, the site and whether a retaining wall is involved. We check this as part of the quote, before any work starts.

Will the site be left in a mess?
No. Spoil is hauled off as the job runs, not left in a pile for someone else to sort out once we are gone.
